Indiana making a push for 2013 center Kennedy Meeks

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Kennedy Meeks only had four points and five assists in his first game at the Nike Global Challenge.

In his second, he had six points and nine rebounds and in his third, he totaled two and three in limited minutes due to foul trouble.

But despite struggling statistically so far this weekend, it’s easy to see why so many schools are in hot pursuit.

The 2013 center consistently clogged the lane with his 6-foot-9, 297 lb. frame and had a soft touch around the basket. His physicality alone forced the opposition to alter shots in mid-air.

Meeks, who plays at West Charlotte High in Charlotte, North Carolina, is also known as arguably the best passing post player in his class.
