Brown, a 6-3 senior-to-be guard, said Stevens told him he would continue to track him through July. Brown has ties to the area, having attended Woodbrook Elementary School in Carmel in third and fourth grade when his father was an Indiana Pacers assistant coach. Brown attended Carmel games while in elementary school when Josh McRoberts starred for the Greyhounds. McRoberts played for Mike Brown last season with the Lakers. "We have a lot of family connections in Indiana, and they are pushing me to try and go to Butler," Brown said. "But we'll see."
