IndyCar Series: Tagliani wins pole at Texas Motor Speedway

Fort Worth, Texas -- Alex Tagliani is on the pole at Texas Motor Speedway with a Honda engine, something unexpected a month ago when he and Bryan Herta Autosport was saddled with a Lotus. 

Tagliani beat the Ganassi Racing's Honda-powered trio of Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti, Graham Rahal and Scott Dixon in qualifying here today. The race is Saturday night at 8:50 p.m. Indianapolis time.
