Justin Blackmon, the fifth overall pick in 2012's NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars, was jailed early Sunday in Stillwater, Okla., on an alcohol-related driving complaint, according to media reports.

The charge is aggravated driving under the influence, which in Oklahoma means the motorist's blood-alcohol level was at least 0.15, according to the Tulsa World. The site's news story includes a dour-looking Blackmon in an Oklahoma State-colored orange shirt provided by law enforcement officials in Payne County, Okla.
