The Lady Warriors opened up their home games with an April 7th contest against the Rangers from Northwood.  Despite losing the contest, the Warriors played four great innings of defense and offense led by pitcher, Kara Nietz.  Janelle Kiker led the defensive charge with two great catches in left field and our infield stayed strong against the heavy bats of the Rangers.  Janelle also hit a single to bring in the only Warrior run of the game scored by MyMy Allen who reached 1st base on a single of her own.  We appreciate the suport and hope many fans will continue to cheer us on this year as we grow and improve each game.
