Home » Lacrosse NewsEagles win two in a row in LacrosseMarch 31, 2012 By Calvin Walters of Eastern Alamance High SchoolEastern Alamance bounced back from a tough loss to rival Western Alamance with a victory over 4A Southeast Guilford 7-4 on Tuesday night. The Eagles followed that up with a convincing 10-1 win against Eastern Guilford on Friday. On Tuesday EA jumped on the board early taking a 3-0 lead in the first quarter of play. The Eagles would add two more goals in the second and third quarter. The victory avenged an 11-3 loss from earlier in the year against the Falcons. On Friday night Ian Brady led the Eagles with four goals in the romp of visiting Eastern Guilford. Joey Stump added three goals to go along with his three assists. Justice Yates, Eric Fenton and Jesse Green also had goals. Stephen Shaw made seven saves for the Eagles in net. With the victory EA improved to 5-5 on the year and 4-4 in conference play. The Eagles will have a long break before playing at Southern Alamance on Tuesday April 10th.
