Zack Littell and Robbie Lanier each had two doubles Tuesday night in the Eagles 10-6 victory over Eastern Guilford.  Lanier scored three times on the night, sandwhiching a hit by pitch between the two doubles.

A 1-1 ballgame through three innings, the Eagles busted it open with 6 runs in the fourth and tacked on two more in the fifth before scoring their final run in the 7th inning.

Zack Littell started on the mound for the Eagles allowing just two hits while striking out 10 Wildcat batters.

Ben Walters and Ridge Eaton pitched the sixth and seventh inning respectively.

The Eagle pitchers struggled with control on the night, allowing 8 walks.  Eastern Guilford managed only three hits the entire game.

Eastern Alamance improved to 8-2 and 4-2 in Mid-State 3A play.  The Eagles will travel to Orange tonight and Northern Guilford Friday night.
