Cross Country Teams Take 3rd Place

The boys and girls cross country teams both finished 3rd in Monday's meet at Quiet Waters Park. The Lady Bucks beat Boyd Anderson, Coral Glades and Dillard while Monarch and Pompano Beach were first and second. The girls were led by Alexus Lotz who captured 3rd place overall in a time of 25:14. Her sister Amanda Lotz took fifth with a 26:14 on the 3.1 mile course. The Lady Bucks season record is 6-4.
The boys posted wins over Pompano Beach, Monarch and Boyd Anderson. Coral Glades and Dillard finished 1 and 2. Joe Therot was the top runner for the Bucks. The boys are now 4-8. |
