Base: Hawks dominate Greenwood in 6-3 victory

Decatur Central High School Decatur Central built a 6-0 lead over Greenwood May 10 and held on to win the Mid-State clash 6-3. The Hawks pounded out nine hits against Woodmen pitching and broke the game open with a four run fifth inning. Hawk pitching also allowed nine hits in the game but Decatur received solid defense throughout.
