Home » FFA NewsFFA Brings Home AwardsApril 26, 2012 By Lisa Gosnell of David Crockett High SchoolSeveral awards were received by FFA during their competition the week before Spring Break. The chapter received the Tennessee Superior Chapter Award and was named a National Chapter Award – Gold Emblem Chapter (one of only 11); and the chapter also received an award for the Chapter Challenge. Chase Partin placed 1st in the Agriscience Fair Project, Plant Science Division. He will represent the state at the National level.Also competing were Bryce Bateman and Hunter Morrow. The following received the State FFA Degree: Bryce Bateman, Kayla Jones, Kareena Jones, Jonathan Lykins, Raini Rowenhorst, Jed Sayre, Sydney Sexton. Bryce Bateman, Kareena Jones, and Rebekah Wright received an award for winning the State Forestry CDE.
