Franklin Community Middle School


On May 19, 2011, in conjunction with Johnson County Memorial Hospital, athletic physicals will be offered at Franklin Community High School from 5:30-7:30.  Please enter door 15.  The cost is $20 and a parent must be present with the student.   Any student who plans to participate in athletics for the school year 2011-12 in grades 6-12, must have a physical on file prior to participation.  Student athletes may not practice/try out until a physical form is complete and on file.  Please note that a new form is required for 2011-12 and it can be accessed online at http://www.grizzlycubathletics.ihigh.com/ or online at http://www.cubathletics.ihigh.com/.  Any questions, please contact the Franklin Community High School athletic office at 738-5711.
