8th Grade Girls Basketball Results

Last night the Lady Cubs took on Columbus Central Chargers at Columbus.  Our ladies were triumphant in their first game 36-21.  This was a very hard fought win that included 28 fouls called against us.  With a slim halftime lead, the team came out in the second half with much more determination and took control of the game.  The top three scorers of the night were Delanie Hill with 17, Allison Barnard with 6, and Cami Cochrane with 5.  Every single girl on the roster played significant time and made immediate impact.

Our next game is Thursday (tomorrow) against Avon North @ Southport for the Southport Shootout.  Wish the ladies luck in their next games!
