8th Grade Boys Basketball Results

The eighth grade basketball team defeated Southport Saturday 41-22. Leading the way for the Cubs was Isaac McCullough with 10 points. Cubs started out slow but took off in the second half only allowing Southport to score 3. The win moves the Cubs to 2-1 and advances them to the fifth place game.

The eighth grade basketball team deafeated Riverside on Saturaday 34-33. Josh Ledbetter led the way for the Cubs with 12 points. The Cubs finished in 5th place in the Southport Shootout. Cubs are now 3-1 in the season and play at Decatur Central Thursday.
