VHCA first loss of season

MVCA Eagles won the first ever meeting with VHCA Crusaders 54-45.  The Eagles built a 15-11 lead after one quater.  The Eagles increased the lead to 10 point at half time.  MVCA had the lead up to 20 pionts, 50-30, than VHCA scored the last 6 points in the the quarter cutting the lead to 14 points.  Luke Halberg and Ryan Rose scored 17 VHCA points in a fourth quarter comeback.  With under 2 minutes to play VHCA had cut the lead to 6 points.  The Eagles maintained their lead with in close shoots and free throws.
