Blackhawks Take Down Broncos in Volleyball

Class A No. 6 Cowan swept visiting Daleville 25-21, 25-12, 25-22. Mallory Bruner paced the Blackhawks in kills with nine. Valorie Flick topped Cowan in digs with 15. Kristina Flowers followed with nine digs and Jessica Mace totaled eight. The Lady Blackhawks are now 2-0 on the season and will face Shenandoah Monday evening at Cowan.  The JV team also defeated Daleville Friday night in straight sets.
