Baseball Team Picks Up Conference Win Over Blue River

The Cowan Baseball team beat Blue River 7-2 on the road last night in MEC play. The Blackhawks were led offensively by Alex Delk went 3-for-3 with a home run, three runs scored and an RBI. Bryce Oxley picked up the win with four innings of four-hit relief.  The baseball team is now 12-3 on the season and 5-0 in conference play.  The Blackhawks will begin play in the Delaware County Tournament Wendesday night as they face off against Yorktown.  First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
