Softball Sweeps Knightstown

The #3 Cowan Softball team swept Knightstown on the road Saturday, winning 15-0 and 20-3. Sara Masters went 5-for-6 for the day with a double, a home run and six RBIs. Allie McCreery was 5-for-6 with five RBIs for the Blackhawks. Whitney Huff and Kellsie Mace each pitched complete games for Cowan.  The Lady Blackhawks are now 13-1 on the season.  They will be back in action this Tuesday evening as they host Yorktown.  First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 PM.
