Concordia 44-North Branch 42

Concordia (2-0) needed a last second defensive stance to beat North Branch 44-42.  The beacons opened up a 17-5 lead when North Branch came storming back to go into halftime tied 21-21.  Down 41-42 Jared Schneidermann put the beacons ahead for good with a baseline drive basket.  Alex Galloway added a free-throw for a 44-42 lead and North Branch last second shot fell short. 

Jared Schneidermann led Concordia in scoring with 11 points.  Charlie Kennelly and Alex Galloway both added 8 points.
