GKHS Dance Team Qualifies for State . . Again

Congratulations to our GKHS dance team who have again qualified for the state finals in Peoria with their performance at the Team Dance Illinois competition yesterday at Batavia High School. The girls again brought home first place trophies in both the 1A Open Dance and the 1A Lyrical categories. Their scores for each performance were again high enough to earn an invitation to the state finals. The dance team will perform in Peoria on Sunday, March 3rd with the hope of bringing home a state championship in both categories. Congrats again on a job very well done ladies!!! We are very proud of your dedication and commitment!!!!
