Cogs falter

Genoa-Kingston lost to Harvard, 7-6. Mike Murphy took the loss for G-K (4-16, 2-4 Big Northern Conference). Murphy struck out seven and walked seven in six innings. Mason Lucca went 1 for 4 while Matt Rasmussen was 1 for 3 with two runs scored.

“We’ve very inconsistent,” G-K coach Josh Latimer said. “We left way too many runners on base tonight.”
