Letter to Coaches from CNR
December 9, 2013By Timothy Bowdern of CNR Summer Basketball
I want to reiterate the procedures we have in place for any incident that would occur with CNR as well as remind you of the new changes.
- 1. Situation with an Official - If an official refuses to answer your questions that you have addressed in a respectful manner or are unprofessional in any way, you are to fill out an incident report on the CnR website and email it to Bill Reitz at firstname.lastname@example.org within a 24 hour period.
- 2. Technical Fouls: Any technical foul given by the official to player, coach and or parent, will be reported to Bill Reitz immediately by email. Allison Todd or myself will then follow up. If a 2nd technical is issued, within the same game, it could lead to a 1 game suspension to be determined by the league administrators.
- 3. Playing within Divisions – If a lower team “borrows” a starter or key player from a higher division team, the lower division team will be subject to disciplinary action. If a coach, official or supervisor suspects this occurring an incident report found on the CnR website must be filled out and emailed to Allison Todd email@example.com or Monica Tritz at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
If you have any questions in regards to the incident reports please contact Allison Todd email@example.com or Monica Tritz at firstname.lastname@example.org .
