Summer League

Coaches,

             It's summertime before you know it.  Many have been asking about our summer league before the spring season approaches so I wanted to update you on it and get the registration going.  You received this e-mail because you played last year, were on last year's e-mail list, or asked to join.  If you want off this list just e-mail me and I will make sure you do not receive anymore e-mails from this group.  If you plan on playing just reply and we will add you to the new list.  No money is needed.  If you choose not to play we can easily just remove you from the list. When we mean registration we mean the list of teams playing so plans can be made.  No money upfront is required and we are stll in the process of getting all the gyms reserved right now.  Here are a few things to know:

• The      league is for boys and girls from grades 4-12.  The grade means what grade they      are entering next year.
• The      league is only on weeknights M-Th and it starts June 3rd and ends on July      25th but we strive to end the league on July 18th.
• Games      times are from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. depending on the gym used. 
• The      key thing here is flexibility.  You can start when you want and      finish when you want.  You can play as many days and games as you      want or just play DH nights and play as few as you want. 
• The      cost is the same as last year.  $495/8 games with $55 for any      extra game.  We keep the price the same even though our cost keep      going up yearly on facilities and insurance.
• I      have attached a registration sheet, information, and conflict sheet.       All you have to turn in to get scheduled is the conflict sheet to us.
• I      attached last years list of teams to give you an idea.  Not all will      be back obviously but we already have five more new high school      teams entering this summer.
• Scheduling      for the league will start April 29th.  The schedule will take a month      to do due to all the conflicts received.

          If interested, please reply and we will add your team to the teams playing list.  We don't need the conflict sheet at this point.  We are just trying to start the team list which reached 350 last year.  We will start attaching the team list in my weekly update starting on March 25th.  Enjoy your spring break, Scott.
