Columbus North, Jasper play to 1-1 draw in boys soccer

Columbus North High School BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Columbus North boys soccer team played to a 1-1 draw against Jasper on Saturday (Aug. 18) in a game played at Bloomington South.
The game was CN's first of the season because the scheduled opener Thursday (Aug. 16) at Cathedral was postponed.
Columbus North returns to action at 8 p.m. next Saturday (Aug. 25) in the finale of the annual quadruple-header against Columbus East at the Richard Wigh Complex.
The CN-CE event includes four games between the schools' soccer program -- a girls' JV game at 2 p.m., a boys' JV game at 4 p.m., a girls' varsity game at 6 p.m. and the boys' varsity game at 8 p.m.
