Home » General NewsWeek 7, Ross, Most Valuable CardinalOctober 27, 2010 Clinton High SchoolFirst year Head Football Coach Chris Smoot selected Wyatt Ross as the student athlete of the week based on his hard work and dedication to the team. “Wyatt has uncommon work ethic. He wants to work and improve. He has a great attitude and isn’t scared of any challenges thrown his way. He’s an all around good player—he was awarded All-Conference as a freshman,” said Coach Smoot. Wyatt is a sophomore and wears number 75 playing right tackle on offense and defensive tackle for the Cards. His hobbies outside of football include baseball, weightlifting, and hanging out with friends. Wyatt wants to play football in college and work towards being a collegiate football coach. Wyatt’s parents John and Martha Ross have much to be proud of in his accomplishments as one of our future community leaders.
