Wilson's boys finished with 136 points. Cleveland had 81, Madison 53 and Franklin 15.

Franklin's girls scored 106 points. Cleveland piled up 86, while Madison and Wilson tied for third with 47.

Combined, Wilson had 183 points, Cleveland 167, Franklin 121 and Madison 100.

Cleveland sophomore Tyler Soo, Wilson sophomore Sierra Sexton and the Trojans' Quan all set a pair of individual meet records in their double-victory day.

Soo won the 100 butterfly in 52.70 seconds, placing first for the second year in a row. The previous record, 53.90 by Luke Donohue of Cleveland, had stood for six years.

Soo came back to win the 100 backstroke in 53.80. Sam Donohue of Cleveland had the old record of 54.86, set in 2011.

Sexton won the girls 50 and 100 freestyle races for a second straight year. She swam 24.77 and 57.20 to break the meet records of 27.47 (Nicole Test, Cleveland, 2009) and 57.97 (Stuhr, Franklin, 2011).

Quan broke records in the 50 free and 100 breast. His 22.31 freestyle time eclipsed the 22.86 of Cleveland's Zack Zaharchuk in 2007. Quan later clocked 1:01.05 in the breaststroke, lowering Luke Donohue's 1:06.82 of 2008.

It was Quan's fourth 50 free league title. He won the 100 breast in 2013, as well.

Quan also swam the anchor leg Saturday on Wilson's championship 200 free relay team.

Wilson's Carlson made his district debut memorable with triumphs in the 100 and 200 free. He won the 200 by nine seconds.

Carlson also led off Wilson's winning team in the 400 free relay.

The Trojans had one other individual winner: Junior Sam Reed nipped Cleveland junior Tucker Johnson by .39 of a second in the 500 free.

Madison had a boys champion in junior Rhys Pasternack. He took home the 200 IM, an event he also won in 2012.

On the girls side, Stuhr's dual wins boosted her career total to six at the PIL 5A meet. She picked up her third 200 IM crown and added a first in the 500 free, an event she also won two years ago.

Franklin's Wiens was first in Saturday's 200 free and 100 back.

Also for the Quakers, sophomore Muriah Murray touched the wall first in the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.69, just off the meet record of 1:11.43 set by Madison's Makila Schuck in 2011.

Murray also was part of the Quakers' victories 200 medley relay, along with junior Katherine Williams, Stuhr and Wiens.

Madison's Karin Gosvig, a senior, captured the 100 fly by 4 1/2 seconds over runner-up Murray.

Also, Gosvig anchored two winning relays.

The 200 free relay combo set a meet record and beat the Quakers' lineup of Murray, junior Zoe Brown, Wiens and Stuhr by .13 of a second. The new Madison mark bettered the 1:54.37 set by another Senators' quartet in 2007.

Gosvig ended the day on the 400 free relay title team, as Madison beat runner-up Cleveland by more than 7 1/2 seconds.
