Congratulations to the Girls swim Team for taking first in the Pearland Reindeer Invitational and for the Boys Swim team for taking third.
For the Red Ribbon Week Poetry Contest, there were 277 entries! These are the winners:
Honorable Mention Laura Spiegle for her poem "Overpowered"
Honorable Mention Morgan Barras for her poem "Light and Darkness, The Shattered Dream"
3rd Place Winner Lauren Sawyer for her poem "Is It Worth It?"
2nd Place Winner Mikayla Ford for her poem "Through the Year"
And 1st Place Winner Tiffany Kim for her rap "The Way To Be"
CLEAR would like to congratulate these winners and thank all students who submitted entries.
Last call to buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win the little Wildcat Christmas Tree located in the B100 office. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. Proceeds will benefit the Wildcat Bowling Club and Baskets for Battered Women. Please, see Ms. Delasari in B100 for more info.
Your PSAT scores are in. All juniors may pick up their PSAT scores in the Counseling Center this week.
All sophomore and freshmen test-takers will be invited to a PSAT Night on January 11th. Ninth and tenth graders will receive their PSAT scores at that time.
Any student who needed to complete hours for Credit Appeal must turn in their completed forms to their Assistant Principal today. Failure to complete your credit appeal hours or turn in your documentation can result in loss of course credits.

Students needing to request a schedule change for the spring semester may pick up an Add/Drop Form from the Counseling Center.
Please complete and return the form by Thursday. All students will receive a new copy of their schedules on January 4.
The Speech & Debate team competed at Clear Brook’s Tournament this past weekend with success. Brittany Grimmett placed first in Poetry and fourth in Dramatic Interpretation, and Cameron Littleton place thirdd in Humorous Interpretation. The following people advanced to semi-finals: Claire Kelly in Domestic Extemporaneous Speaking, Cody Perry in Impromptu Speaking, Heather Keenan in Poetry, and Cameron Littleton in Foreign Extemporaneous Speaking and Impromptu Speaking.
The Clear Creek Theatre Department invites you to attend its production of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s Crime and Punishment on Friday, December 16 at 7 PM and Saturday, December 17 at 2 & 7 PM. Tickets are $5 at the door.
