II. Grades 6th - 9th in '09-'10
June 8 - June 11
(Mon - Thurs)
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Enrollment Fee: $90.00

Camp Activities:

Camp Information
♦ Instruction will be provided by CCHS Head Coach Jana Williams,
Asst. Coach Naima Johnson, Asst. Coach Michael Vitek and Former
CCHS Girls Basketball Team Players.
♦ Camp will be held at Clear Creek High School in Butler Gym.

♦ For additional Information, please contact Jana Williams at

♦ For more than one child, deduct $5.00 for each registration fee.

♦ Enrollment fee includes: quality instruction, camp t-shirts, camp
basketball, accidental insurance coverage, and facility rental fees.

♦ Each camper should wear a t-shirt, shorts, socks and tennis shoes.
Please bring a water bottle with child's name on it. Basketballs will
be provided during camp.

I hereby authorize the staff of Coach Williams' Girls Wildcat Basketball Camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention, and hereby waive and release the camp from any injuries or illness incurred while at the camp. Each camper will be covered by a group accident insurance policy provided by the Williams' Girls Wildcat Basketball Camp.
