Senior Ads for Yearbook

Click on the link to the senior ad form under "yearbook" from the column on the left. Choose the perfect pictures and memories of your child to be included in the yearbook. Simply indicate the size ad you wish to purchase, the messages you would like in the ad, and return the form to the yearbook department (room D131) with your check made payable to CCHS. Creek. enough said.
