JROTC, Rotary Interact and NTHS are sponsoring a Thanksgiving food drive supporting "No More Victims". They will be collecting food items to ensure other local students have a great thanksgiving dinner. They will be collecting the items in the pods until the 16th of Nov. Anyone wishing to donate a turkey can bring them in on the 15th. W. Harris Wildcats! We are 5 days away from our first Creek only FCA meeting. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be meeting on Monday, November 12 at 6:32 pm in the Carlisle Field House. Come out and enjoy some great food, great company, and a great message. The freshman girls basketball team beat Ft. Bend Clements last night 54-14. Cassie Carmichael led the team with 13 points, Teju Willis had 10 points and Olivia Gutierrez added 8 points. Congratulations to the freshman Lady Wildcats, Coach Lambert and Coach Jones on a great win!
The varsity girls basketball team beat Ft. Bend Clements last night 46-43. Alex Howze and AJ Harris each had a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds and Brentney Branch had 22 points to lead the Lady Wildcats. They play Friday at home at 5:00 vs Houston Madison. Come out to Butler Gym and support the Lady Wildcats before you head out to the football game to see our Wildcats beat Clear Springs in football. Jana Williams Attention all Juniors & Seniors: It's that time of year again...Pink Bow Classic. Junior Lady Wildcats versus Senior Lady Wildcats in a friendly game of flag football, and don't forget the halftime performance by the "Swaggaliers"! Registration forms are available in D100s on Monday. There is a $25 registration fee. We need players, coaches, and dancers. All registrations forms are due back to D100 by Thursday, November 15th. This year's game is scheduled for Wednesday, December 5th @ 7:00pm at District Stadium.
