Congratulations to HiLife editor Valerie Hellinghausen and reporter Lisa Nhan for making at high school journalism.org. The National Edition is a weekly collection of stories from around the nation.
Valerie'sstory was about Invisible Children's newest campaign, MOVE. The story was featured in their October 29 issue. She is a veteran of the National Edition.
Congratulations to Tyler Martin and Emma Robertson for qualifying for the Regional Cross Country meet this week in Humble. Also congrats to the Boys and Girls team for an outstanding season.
The Clear Creek varsity football team defeated Clear Brook 41 to 28 Friday night for the homecoming game. The team is now 8 and 0 on the season and in first place in district 24-5A. The team thanks all the students and faculty for their tremendous support Friday night. Come support your Wildcat football team this Friday as they travel to Freeport to take on Brazoswood at 7 PM Friday.

Congratulations to the girls swim team for taking 3rd place and the boys swim team for taking 4th place in the Deer Park Invitational this weekend, and to Ashton Duke for making the 200 Free Tisca time.
