By Wynette Jameson of Clear Creek High SchoolThe Clear Creek Boys Golf team competed in the Clear Creek JV invitational at South Shore Harbour Country Club Monday, October 8th, 2012. The team, consisting of Kevin Oram, Dylan Taylor, Jason Huffman, Dalton LeMire and Hunter Williams, finished first of ten teams with a team score of 357; 20 strokes ahead of 2nd place Clear Falls.
In the field of 49 players, three freshmen placed in the top ten ( Dylan Taylor 9th - 94, David Whitt 6th - 91, Jason Huffman 5th - 86). The team was lead in scoring by the Tournament Champion, Senior, Kevin Oram with an individual score of 79.
