You’re invited! The CCHS Choir Department is presenting its annual Fall Concert in the CCHS Auditorium on Tuesday, 10/9, at 7:30 PM. The concert is free and open to the public, and we’d love to see you there. It should last less than an hour.
Audience members will get to see all choirs perform some difficult music – much of the music on the concert is music that was sung at the District Auditions, so it is All-State level music. For many of these pieces, our multiple smaller choirs will join together as a large Choral Union, creating a beautiful full sound that is impressive.
Additionally, you’ll see a small ensemble of our Region Choir men perform, our Concert Women’s choir, and our award-winning Symphonic Chorale. Finally, you’ll be treated to our Chamber Singers, who will sing a variety of music from the Renaissance period to current pop music (sung a capella in “Sing Off” style) including Coldplay’s Viva la Vida and Taio Cruz’s Dynamite.
We hope to see you there.
