Attention students... There will be a student council meet at 6:30am tomorrow in c-210. All students interested in student council are encouraged to attend.
The Speech & Debate Team successfully competed at Elkins High School this past weekend. Lucca Timmerman and Taylor Johnston placed 1st in Public Forum Debate, Lucca also received 1st place in Best Speaker Award for Public Forum Debate. Cameron Littleton placed 1st in Humorous Interpretation, and 3rd with Logan Ellis in Public Forum Debate. Claire Berlinger placed 2nd in Novice Prose, Katelynn Barba and Rachel Petitti placed 5th in Duet Acting. Sarah Bennett and Courtney Jaekel placed 6th in Duet Acting, Courtney also placed 6th in Poetry. Semi-Finalist in various events were Taylor Johnston, Cameron Littleton, Sebastian Breaux, Rachel Patetti, Heather Keenan, Sahar Jiwani, Jessica Leach, Sarah Neely, Allyson Reed, and Hanna Strebeck.There will be a Speech & Debate meeting tomorrow after school in Ms. Hernandez’s room D123.

The Clear Creek Varsity football team defeated Deer Park Friday night 34 to 27 to run their record to 3 and 0 on the season. The team would like to thank all the faculty and students who made the trip to Deer Park for their great support. Come support your Wildcats this Friday night as they take on Baytown Sterling at Stallworth Stadium in Baytown. Kickoff is at 7 PM.
Reminder to those students who purchased a pig, lamb, or goat for the CCISD show there will be an informational meeting tomorrow, Tuesday September 18. Lambs and goats will meet at 6 PM and Pigs will meet at 7 PM. Both meetings will be held in Mr. Stokley’s room.
