The 2010-2011 yearbook staff won several medals and honorable mentions in the UIL competition in December. 

Fabian Reyes won 2^nd place for Sport Feature Photo

Antonio Alvarado won 3^rd place for his Sports Feature Story

Kyndall Hadley won 3^rd place for her Student Life Spread

Hanna Cardinal won 3^rd place for her Academic Spread

The following yearbook students won honorable mention for their photos and stories:  Kristina Cowey, Amber Darr, Marley Foster, Katie Ferguson and Anthony Vargas. Both Amber Darr and Marley Foster won honorable mention in two categories each.

The Clear Creek Baseball team defeated Clements last night to win the first game of the series.  Come out  tonight @ 7:30 here on campus @ Mallory Field to see game 2.    Red River will be serving BBQ so come eat dinner at the ballpark and support the Wildcats in the playoffs

Come out and help support the Clear Creek Habitat for Humanity club at our car wash this Sunday at Advanced Auto Parts from 10 am to 2 pm.  All proceeds will go to help benefit Habitat for Humanity.

It’s that time of the semester again, and we have quite a few students who need to make up attendance hours.  We will be having Saturday Credit Detention in the Auxiliary Cafeteria on May 5 (this Saturday),  May 12 & May 19 from 8:00 am until noon.
