Home » Graduation NewsHow to get a copy of your transcriptJuly 27, 2009 By Wynette Jameson of Clear Creek High SchoolSend us a request for a transcript at CCHS attn: Registrar 2305 E Main Street League City, TX 77573. On the request you will need to send a copy of your ID, a phone number in case we have any questions. Indicate year of graduation or years attended, your name as it was when attending school. You will also need to indicate where we are to send the transcript. Please note that only official transcripts are sent directly to an establishment from us. We can send you a personal copy but it is not considered official. We will also need the address you wish the personal copy sent to. There is also a $2.00 charge for each transcript requested. Checks are not accepted in the Summer. Cash or Money order. At the bottom of the page you will find a pdf transcript request form that you may fill out and bring to campus.
