We have some exciting news from the Athletics Department. We are proud to announce some new members to our athletics and coaching staff and some returning members as well! Please join me in welcoming all of these talented coaches!

Assistant Athletic Director/Field Hockey/Basketball

Jill Meiring will fill the new position of Assistant Athletic Director for the Bulldogs.  Jill also will serve as the head Field Hockey coach this fall and the head Reserve Basketball coach in the winter season.

•        Jill served as the head Field Hockey Coach at Transylvania University from 2001 to 2007 where she also served as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Assistant Camp Director from 2001 to 2007.

•        In 2007 she became the head Women’s Basketball Coach at Marietta College, where she stayed until 2012 when she moved to the Cincinnati area.

•        From August 2012 to current she served as head Women’s Basketball coach and Physical Education instructor at Hamilton High School.

Jill received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Sports Administration from Denison University in 2001 and her Masters of Science in Physical Education, with an emphasis on Sports Administration from Eastern Kentucky University in 2004.

We are thrilled with the creation of this new position for Saint Ursula Academy and we are very happy to have Jill joining the SUA Bulldog family.

We are happy to announce that SUA Guidance Counselor Mandy Fontaine will be joining the volleyball coaching staff this fall.
