Caleb Smith named VCHS football coach
Caleb Smith, a former assistant coach at Derby High School, has been named the head football coach at Valley Center.
Smith, whose father Mike Smith coached at Valley Center from 1993-2001, takes over a program that has won just 17 games under five coaches since 2001.

Wichita North has hired Joe Belden as its football coach to replace Kelley Sayahnejad.
