Buhler rolls on in 4A

   The Buhler Crusaders turned the battle of unbeatens into a rout Saturday as they cruised to a 49-6 victory over Abilene in the Class 4A state playoffs.
   The Crusaders (11-0) will play host to No. 1-ranked Topeka Hayden on Friday in a quarterfinal matchup. Hayden defeated Mulvane, 19-6, in another second-round game Saturday.
   Buhler is joined by Rose Hill in the quarterfinals.  The Rockets (10-1) blasted Andale, 41-14, and will be at home Friday night against Ulysses (10-1), which edged Hesston, 26-19.
   In Class 3A, Garden Plain (10-1) and Conway Springs (10-1) advanced to the quarterfinals.  Garden Plain edged Collegiate, 18-15, while Conway Springs ended Sedgwick's unbeaten season, 55-13.
   Garden Plain will host Beloit on Friday night, while Conway Spring will be at home against unbeaten Scott City.
   In Eight-Man I, Central-Burden's season came to an end with a 50-18 loss to defending champion Madison.
   In Eight-Man II, South Haven (11-0) advanced to the semifinals with a 46-14 win over Hope and will face defending champion Baileyville on Friday.
