Thurman commits to Missouri State

Wichita Heights 6’7” senior forward Gavin Thurman has made a verbal commitment to sign a letter of intent in November with the Missouri State University basketball program.

Thurman averaged 19 points per game as a junior at Wichita Southeast before transferring to Heights for his senior year. Thurman earned first team all conference, all metro and 2^nd team all state honors as a junior.
