Panther Volleyball downs Hallsville

The Panther Volleyball squad used a dominating opening game to fuel a 25-10, 25-22 win over Hallsville before a good crowd at Hallsville last night.  Anna Parker had 5 kills, Katie Parker, Becca Stephens, and Shelby Mechlin had 4 kills each.  Brittany Mechlin had 4 aces, Madison Becker had 9 assists and Holli Dieker had 8 digs in a very good all-around performance.  The varsity squad plays next at the Belle Tournament this Saturday.

The JV Panthers dropped a tight one to Hallsville 25-22, 19-25, 17-25 falling to 6-3-2 on the year.  They play next on Tuesday at home v. Montgomery County beginning at 6 p.m.
