Panther Golfers Compete in Palmyra Inv.

The Centralia golf team competed in the Palmyra Invitational Golf Tournament on Wednesday and finished 3rd as a team in the 7 team event.

Centralia's 366 trailed Lousiana (319) and Palmyra (332).  Monroe City (369), South Shelby (369), Highland (376) and Clark County (387) rounded out the field.

Daymond Dollens led the Panthers firing an 85 which was good enough to tie him for 9th individually.  Dakota Waugh finished in a tie for 12th with a 87, John White finished 21st with a 94, Marcus Haley 26th with a 100 and T. J. Campbell 35th with a 114.

Dalton Branstetter from Lousiana was the medalist shooting a 77. 

Centralia travels to Monroe City on Monday for the conference meet and to Norwoods Golf Course in Hannibal for the District meet on Tuesday.
