Base: Cascade's Arthur Named All-State

Alex Arthur has burst onto the state baseball scene in a big way. The Cascade sophomore has been named as Class 2A honorable mention All-State. The award is presented by the Indiana Baseball Coaches Association. Arthur is the only West Central Conference player to be honored.
