Parking Instructions for Saturday

Update on entry at Brownsburg East Middle School:  Parking will be a little crazy on Saturday as my football stadium and surrounding grassy areas are the host site each Saturday for the Brownsburg Junior Football League games all day long.  Therefore, we have decided to add another entrance to the building for ticket sales. 

We will now have both Door 7 (southwest side) and Door 12 (northwest side) available for entry and a ticket seller at each door.  Door 7 will probably be the best place to enter as Door 12 is closer to the football extravaganza.

Admission:  $6.00 – Good for All day  

Enter Door #12 on west/northwest side of the building.  Doors open to teams at 7:45a.m. and to the public at 8:00a.m.  Please communicate this to all interested parties.

Schedule:  See separate bracket sheet.  The first matches of the day will begin promptly at 9:00a.m. in both gyms.

• The team listed first will be the designated home team.

• BHS will provide a scoreboard operator for each gym.  Each team is responsible for providing its own scorebook and bookkeeper.  The designated home team will be the official book in each gym.

• Line judges:  Each team is responsible for providing an experienced adult line judge for each match involving that team. 

• The first matches will start promptly at 9:00a.m.  All other times are estimates, but should be pretty close.  When one match ends, the next teams should be ready to take the floor for warm-up.  There will be a maximum of 15 minutes for warm-up.

• A certified athletic trainer will be on duty.

• Please bring your own water bottles or cups.  Water coolers will be provided in each gym.

• Locker rooms will be available for changing.  However, lockers will not be available to store items.  Teams are highly encouraged not to bring any valuable items to the tournament.  There is no guarantee of security.  Teams should secure all valuables by bringing items to the team bench area with you or leaving them with a responsible parent.

• All official team personnel riding on the team bus will be admitted free.

• There will be a concession stand open the majority of the day.
