TO:                             CROSS COUNTRY COACHES AND ATHLETIC DIRECTOR

TEAMS:                    Avon, Beech Grove, , Ben Davis, Brownsburg,  Cascade, Cathedral, Danville, Decatur Central, Franklin, Greenwood,  Mooresville, Noblesville, Perry Meridian, Pike, Plainfield, Roncalli, Whiteland

LOCATION:             Swinford Park is located directly behind Plainfield Middle School (old Plainfield High School).  Buses should park in the Plainfield Middle School parking lot by the tennis courts.

ENTRY:                    At www.alphatiming.net   Online entry. (see online instructions on alphatiming.net)

                                                 Enter all of your athletes (your complete roster) varsity & reserve and anyone else who will be running in the open race (ie coach, parent, alumni).  Only those who are registered for the open race will be permitted to run.

                                    Roster due on online BY Wednesday, August 15th, 2012, MIDNIGHT.

                                    Pairs are due to michelle@alphatiming.net by Friday, August 17th, at 10:00 am.  You will be able to make minor adjustments race morning if needed.  

TIMES:                      Check-in                      7:30 a.m.

                                    Coaches Meeting        8:00 a.m.

                                    Girls Varsity Race       8:30 a.m.         6 miles (alternate each mile)

                                    Boys Varsity Race      9:30 a.m.         6 miles (alternate each mile)

                        (VARSITY RACES MAY HAVE 10 RUNNERS ON 5 TEAMS OF 2 EACH)

                                    *Girls JV Race            10:15 a.m.       2 miles

                                    *Boys JV Race           10:45 a.m.       2 miles

                                    ***Any JV or Coaches only, must be registered with your team, no same day entry, not             registered = not running. NO SCORING FOR OPEN RACE but it will be timed with             printed results.  This is the reason pre-registration is now required.

                                    Trophy for Winning Team

                                    Ribbons for Teams placing 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd

                                    Top 10 Pairs in Girls and Boys Varsity Race will receive ribbons
