Time: Fall Athletes - 6:30 p.m.; Winter and Spring Athletes - 7:30 p.m.
Where: Gym Lobby @ Cary High School
Cost: $20.00 (cash or check)
This is a night where the student-athletes can come to the high school and have their physical, for next year, done by our doctors.
Please complete the athletic participation form before you arrive. Forms are located in the front office, outside the Athletic Training room or can be found either under Recent Documents or on this site under Athletics (2011-12 WCPSS Athletic Participation form). A parent must be in attendance with their son or daughter, or sign the physical form.
