Coach Jim Kubuske up for Coach of the Year for the Fall Sports Season!

The Cardinal Department of Athletics is happy to inform you that Cardinal Stritch Catholic’s Head Football Coach, James Kubuske, was nominated for BCSN’s “Coach of the Year” program, and his nomination was selected as one of the fall “Coach of the Season” finalists.  The five fall finalists will be listed on a public voting poll from Friday, November 18^th through Thursday, December 2^nd on the BCSN “Coach of the Year” webpage (http://www.bcsn.tv/community/coachofyear.html). 

The coach that receives the most votes will be named the fall “Coach of the Season.”  In the summer, the winner along with the winter and spring “Coach of the Season” will be placed in a final public voting poll to determine the “Coach of the Year.”  The “Coach of the Year” winner will receive a $1,000 cash award donated by Buckeye CableSystem and Yark Automotive.  The school’s athletic department of the “Coach of the Year” winner will receive a $2,000 cash award donated by Yark Automotive and ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital.

  Jim McGowan – St. Ursula Golf

  Jim Neary – St. Francis Cross Country

  Melissa Belcher – Central Catholic Volleyball
