Home » Girls' Basketball NewsLady Cards Lose to LakersDecember 25, 2012 Cardinal Stritch Catholic High SchoolThe Lady Cardinals took the long bus ride for an important TAAC encounter facing the Lady Lakers of Danbury. Playing their best defense of the year, the Lady Cardinals held Danbury to 27 points. Unfortunately the Lady Cardinal's offense never got off the bus, suffering a 27-22 setback to the Lakers. Senior Abby Mass had 8 points, followed by Sophomore Cecelia Gozdowski with 5 points. Senior Hannah Tucker and Freshman Maggie Merren contributed 4 each. Junior Kirsten Zalewski closed out the scoring with 1 point.
