Varsity Softball is 2012 TAAC Champions!

Cardinal Stritch Catholic High SchoolThe Lady Cardinals clinched at least a tie for 1st place in the TAAC with a 5-0 win over Northwood. Katie Turski pitched magnificently, striking out 14 players and giving up a meager 2 hits and a walk. Offensively, Alex Veres had 2 hits, and Emily Lorton and Missy Cobb each had 2 RBIs. The Cardinals will meet TAAC opponent Gibsonburg in a showdown for first place next Tuesday at the Oregon Rec Center.
