The attached DECLARATION - (CLICK HERE) is mailed to high school athletic directors only. There WILL NOT BE A SEPARATE MAILING sent to your junior high schools. The declaration must be filled out completely…please do not leave any blank lines. The deadline for the declaration is Friday, June 22, 2012.

Please advise your treasurer’s office that the name of your school(s) must appear on your payment. If high school and junior high payments are combined, indicate both names on the check. Please make checks payable to CSHS Cross Country Invitational. The deadline for the entry fee is Monday, September 10, 2012. If payment is not received, our department will follow-up to make sure you are still attending our event.

Once your declaration is received, you will be issued a contract online via myOHSAA. Informational packets will be mailed to schools WITH CONTRACTS in early August.
