The Kearney Boys Golf squad has had a busy last couple of days on two challenging courses. April 4, the Dogs traveled to Staley Farms for a 9-hole match with Staley High. The Dawgs came out with a 159-172 win. Camrin Nissen and Adam Lechner both fired a 39 followed by freshman Pierce Moling with a 40. Luke Parker and Jake Gibbs shot 41 and 42 respectively. The J.V. squad also pulled out a win beating Staley by two strokes. Logan Howell and Daniel Reeves tied for medalist both shooting a 46. The Bulldogs shot a team total 328 that good enough for third place behind Blue Springs South and Liberty. Camrin Nissen and Adam Lechner again tied with 78’s. That score was good enough for them to tie for fifth individually in the tournament.
